I first remembered seeing Hayden Panettiere when she was in Heroes, because I had completely forgotten she had played Ally McBeal’s IVF daughter in season five.
She was equally impressive in “Nashville,” as the diva, country pop rising star that took on Connie Britton’s legendary Rayna Jaymes.
I was never a big country music fan, but the music on Nashville was wonderful.
The cause of death has not been determined yet, but she had her struggles.
Panettiere had been candid about her struggles from child stardom through adulthood. She released a memoir this May titled “This Is Me: A Reckoning.
“In the memoir, she shared “a rare and intimate glimpse into her life behind closed doors, opening up about postpartum depression, addiction and recovery, trauma, domestic abuse, and loss,” according to a synopsis for her book.
