Trump finally made a true statement if he was referring to the incompetence, corruption, grifting, lying, and criminality emanating from the White House. Nobody has ever seen a more immoral, unqualified and mentally compromised person become the President of the United States. The courts, juries, mental health professionals, former members of his administration, scientists, economists, Republican politicians, family members, former attorneys, past friends and generals and admirals all warned us, “TRUMP SHOULD NEVER BE LET BACK INTO THE OVAL OFFICE”.
His opposers have talked about his lack of understanding of complex topics, his racism, his cruelty, his immoral transgressions, his deference to Nazi groups, his lying, and his dangerous admiration for dictators like Putin and Kim Jong Un. HOWEVER, LIKE WITH ALL CULTS, THOSE WHO VOTED FOR HIM BELIEVED HIS FALSE PROMISES AND PRETENDED THE EVIDENCE OF HIS CRIMINALITY AND IMMORTALITY WAS FAKE. HOW STUPID DO THEY FEEL NOW BUT WON’T ADMIT IT?
The Democrat’s plan to “”TAKE AMERICA BACK AGAIN” must promise Trump supporters the things that Trump has promised them that caused them to vote for him. The plan has to be detailed, understandable, and targeted to their needs. However, the difference between the MAGA and the Dekocrat’s plan would include policies to address such topics as immigration concerns and the high prices of goods minus the cruelty, violence, indiscriminate firings, kidnappings, and criminality.
Trump voters are seeing their grocery bills increase, their retirement savings shrink, job growth slow, and Trump’s ” first day on the job” promises become nothing more than failures and lies. It has also become apparent that Trump has appointed unqualified, conspiracy theorists for Cabinet positions, many of whom are former Fox News TV hosts.THE REPUBLICAN HOUSE AND SENATE HAVE BECOME COMPLICIT IN THE ASSAULT ON THE CONSTITUTION AND ON OUR MORALS AND VALUES. IF THEY DON’T START CHOOSING DEMOCRACY OVER THEIR SELF- INTERESTS, OUR OPPOSITION TACTICS WILL NEED TO ESCALATE.
Democrats are talking in person to Republican voters. That’s a bold move in this divisive, violent political climate. Cory Booker’s 25-hour filibuster last month on the Senate floor was another example of escalated opposition tactics against the autocratic, corrupt Trump Administration agenda. The massive protests of hundreds of thousands of Americans from all 50 states tell the story of an America that is rejecting the corruption, the grifting, and the incompetence of the Trump presidency. However, the Democrats have to expand on exposing Trump’s violations of the Constitution, the policies that threaten public health, the crashing economy and compromised national security, especially to red-state Republicans. Additionally, pressure has to be put on the courts to expedite the adjudication of the lawsuits filed against Trump’s illegal executive orders. THIS IS NO TIME TO ALLOW THE WHEELS OF JUSTICE TO TURN SLOWLY.
