IF CONGRESS STARTS OPPOSING TRUMP, IT MAY SAVE THEIR CAREERS.  THE SPENDING BILL IS HORRIFIC.

His policies are hugely unpopular. As it turns out Americans don’t like:

● People being kidnapped off our streets, not being given  due process, and transported to foreign jails

● His violation of the Emoluments Clause of the Constitution by accepting the $400 million dollar jet from the Qatari prince ( Qatar has been a supporter of Hamas)

● His defying a court order from the Supreme Court

● His choosing incompetent Cabinet members that  tell lies, break laws, making errors in judgment, and service Trump not their oath of office

● His spending most of his time seeking revenge on opponents who prosecuted or opposed him for violating the rule of law during and after his first presidency

● The cruelty of his policies towards the treatment of immigrants, veterans, the disabled and minorities

● His arrogant belligerence towards world leaders when they visit our country.

● The hiring of right wing extremist Elon Musk to dismantle government agencies that provide essential services for Americans

● His abuse of power in an attempt to neuter the checks and balances power bestowed upon Congress and the Judiciary by the Constitution

● The tariff wars which are causing prices to rise, jobs to be lost, 401ks to tank, and a recession to be a real threat to our economy

● His ” big beautiful bill” which includes hefty cuts to Medicaid and Medicare and tax cuts for the rich

● The constant breaking of campaign promises

● Aligning with dictators over democratic allies

MEMBERS OF CONGRESS ARE THE LAST TO KNOW THAT STILL BEING AFRAID OF TRUMP’S YELLING AND THREATS IS FOOLISH. HIS BULLYING HAS BECOME PREDICTABLE, CLOWNISH, AND CLICHE. IT’S THE PEOPLE THAT REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS SHOULD FEAR. TRUMP IS ANGERING AND TURNING PEOPLE OFF IN GREAT NUMBERS, AS CAN BE SEEN BY THE MASSIVE PROTESTS AGAINST HIM IN RED STATES. A UNITED OPPOSITION OF TRUMP BY REPUBLICANS WOULD SAVE OUR DEMOCRACY AND RESTORE THE DIGNITY AND MORAlITY THAT DEFINED PRE-TRUMP ERA AMERICA.

These are the power-hungry culprits who are supporting the Trump autocracy. The people hold the power over their political future, not Trump.
Idiotic, legally dumb, corrupt loyalty describes the current  DOJ. This is weaponization, but when Trump does it, MAGA calls it defending the patriotic rule of law.
